Exceptional Love & Care

Jomok Home Care is a residential care facility for the elderly. The care home’s mission is to provide high-quality care and love to its residents. It is our belief that a high level of care can mentally and physically restore our patients’ well-being. We view our work as more than just the provision of aid with daily tasks. Our purpose is to ensure happiness, and we strive to achieve that goal through every act we perform.

Jomok Home Care provides:

• 24-hour personalized care and supervision for the ambulatory and non-ambulatory
• Three nutritionally balanced meals daily, as well as snacks
• Special diet accommodation
• Personal assistance and care as required by the resident
• Housekeeping and personal laundry services
• A planned activity program that includes social and recreational activities appropriate to the interests and capabilities of the resident
• Ordering, administering and safeguarding of medications
• Assistance with attending medical and dental appointments
• Arrangement of transportation to meet health-care needs
